I spoke too soon - was up a lb. this morning!
But I did overdo the eating a bit yesterday. Hopefully today's run helped a bit, but I ate enough to make up for the calories. Kicking myself b/c I ate a bag (candy-bar size) of M-n-Ms, even. I never eat stuff like that, but they were a gift left from our apartment maintenance guys (they leave them when they come in to replace filters), and I was starving this afternoon after my run.
Today:
B - organic whole grain cereal, protein powder, chopped mango and almond milk on top, 2 cups coffee
S - Stonyfield OG low-fat banilla yogurt
~~ 3.25 mile run ~~
L - 1/2 cheese sandwich on whole grain bread, lettuce, small amt. mayo, tangelo, water
S - M-n-Ms 
S - carrot/celery/spinach/oj blender drink
D - kale, tomato, roasted red peppers on whole wheat pasta with feta, salad w/homemade dressing, glass of white wine
D - 2 small squares very dark chocolate (should have stuck with one!)
