B: Whole grain organic flaked cereal, scoop of protein powder, chopped fresh mango on top, almond milk, coffee (2 cups between breakfast and morning snack)
mid-morning snack: cup of Dannon non-fat Greek yogurt - Honey
45 minute gym workout - weights, core work, yoga
L: 1/2 ham & cheese sandwich on homemade multi-grain bread w/small amount mayo, lots of lettuce, cocoa
Snacks: tangelo, carrot/celery/spinach/oj blender drink
D: large whole wheat wrap filled with veggie/turkey/cheese concoction + lettuce, too many organic white corn tortilla chips, 1 beer
Dessert: Small square very dark chocolate

Thanks to stepping up the cycling this month, I've lost 5 lbs. since New Years while eating quite a lot. Sweet!
