Yesterday:
B: Scrambled eggs (2 egg whites + 1 whole egg), bran cereal with strawberries and a bit of low-fat chocolate milk (the only way I can tolerate this particular cereal)
L: Black bean wrap with about half an apple (at a restaurant - can't remember all of the ingredients but it was yummy!)
S. Banana with a bit of PB
20 mile bike ride
milk + a few tortilla chips directly after ride
D: Roasted, skinless chicken breast sandwich and low-fat cheddar cheese on Ezekial bread + a simple romaine salad.
