B: Steel cut oats with blueberries, walnuts, a few chocolate chips, skim milk, coffee
L: 2 boiled eggs with two small whole wheat/flax seed tortillas and romaine lettuce
S: no-fat Greek yogurt with fresh strawberries
D: Office dinner at a local Mexican restaurant: 1 beer, too many tortilla chips and salsa, chicken quesadilla, refried black beans, rice, small salad. The recipes were from a specific region of Mexico and were unlike any versions of these dishes that I've had before. Very good - though I ate too much of the largish portions.
