Yay! Good for you. Free is always good. I can't do any impactive sports unforturnately *sigh* thus no running for me. But go tear it up, gf. Outside is good if you like running for that. There is nothing wrong with the treadmill if you like it. Mix it up and do what makes you happy. Congrats on the shoes!
