    L: roasted/skinless chicken breast salad with two slices sprouted wheat bread, no-fat Greek yogurt and sliced strawberries

    40 minute strength training session; 60 minute hard spinning class

    D: More roasted/skinless chicken breast salad with whole wheat/flax seed tortilla, raw carrots, apple with a bit of PB

    egg white omelette with goat cheese, an orange, coffee
    string cheese
    left over Tuscan chicken soup, apple
    nuts and cranberries before class, slice of whole wheat bread with soy nut butter during class
    ancho chili chicken with avocado sauce and cabbage slaw on corn tortillas (2)

    small scoop of salmon salad made with canola mayo, tomato, blueberries

    L: 2 boiled eggs with two small whole wheat/flax seed tortillas and romaine lettuce
    S: no-fat Greek yogurt with fresh strawberries
    D: Office dinner at a local Mexican restaurant: 1 beer, too many tortilla chips and salsa, chicken quesadilla, refried black beans, rice, small salad. The recipes were from a specific region of Mexico and were unlike any versions of these dishes that I've had before. Very good - though I ate too much of the largish portions.

    L: Wheat tortilla, chicken and salsa
