Y'know, I just had mine done, and the doctor told me that insurance won't pay for the breakdown unless you're diagnosed with dyslipidemia. So I only got the total cholesterol done, which actually was kind of high at 197. The last time I had it done my HDL was 102 (so you've got me beat Emily
) but I expect it isn't that good now. I had to pretty much cut out soy for other reasons, and I think that was a lot of why it was that high. I'd like to know, but oh well.
