    B: Steel cut oats with blueberries, walnuts and just a few chocolate chips, skim milk, 3 scrambled egg whites
    S: apple
    L: roasted/skinless chicken breast salad with two slices sprouted wheat bread, no-fat Greek yogurt and sliced strawberries
    S: Cliff Bar

    40 minute strength training session; 60 minute hard spinning class

    D: More roasted/skinless chicken breast salad with whole wheat/flax seed tortilla, raw carrots, apple with a bit of PB
