yesterday:
egg white omelette, cheese, half a melon, coffee
nuts and cranberries
went out to lunch. had a cup of chicken soup and Cobb salad, which was not a traditional Cobb salad; it was much healthier, with broiled chicken, red pepper, lettuce, a little goat cheese, olives. But, DH decided he was done with Passover. At the end of the meal, I succumbed, too, when I ate one of his onion rings

swordfish with a sauce of garlic, almonds, orange juice, red pepper, whole wheat orzo, salad, one piece of dark chocolate
