the first folks that noticed were at crossfit - but that was before the workout. So, no.
But, this week I:
Tuesday: 40k TT, then rode the bike to pick up my car at the shop.
Weds: Jog 2 miles (personal best of 12.3 min/mi)
Thurs: Crossfit (but my eye was already looking weird).
I have been working up to this level of activity, but it's a jump from previous week.
