    2 pieces gefilte fish with horseradish, blueberries, piece of matzoh with margerine, coffee

    left over quinoa and veggies, with some chicken thrown in, apple

    slice of cheese

    salmon burger without bun, cole slaw, sweet potato, piece of dark chocolate

    I think I'll make it to the end of Passover, although I might be ending it Sunday instead of Monday.... since I have a day at the MFA/lunch with friends, a ride, then dinner at same friend's house.

    S - cup of nonfat Greek yogurt, honey flavored (manna of the gods)

    <3.5 mile treadmill run, plus some walking before and after>

    L - half of sweet potato burrito w/cheese and salsa on whole grain tortilla, one piece Easter candy (milk chocolate), water

    S - carrot/celery/spinach/oj blender drink

    D - 1 square homemade (by DH) pizza on homemade whole wheat crust: red peppers, onions, chicken sausage, tomato sauce, cheese; salad of mixed greens and pea shoots; 1 glass white wine

    L: 4 slices low salt ham rolled up with low fat cream cheese, blueberries, strawberries, matzoh (1/2 piece)

    S: Cliff Bar

    22.75 mile bike ride with a little chocolate milk after

    L: roasted skinless chicken breast wrap (whole wheat) with tomato, onion, mustard, skim milk

    S: Banana with a little PB

    D?: Smoothie with protein powder, banana, frozen blueberries and cherries, no-fat Greek yogurt, skim milk, 2 cups coffee

    everytime I see this post I want to respond: EVERYTHING!

    So I have a random question for you: how do steel cut oats differ in taste from, say, quaker oats? And how do you cook them? I was at the store the other day and stopped by the bulk bin section and saw steel cut oats (they look very strange). It said to cook them for 90 minutes. Egads, man- I don't have that kind of time.
