    Super-Cycling Thursday

Today I get to do a 20 mile lunch-time road ride. And then I get to do 20 miles on some single track this evening! Yay! Yay! Yay!

I just hope my legs can handle it. We had to order new front and rear derailleurs for my mountain bike, so I'll have to ride it as a single-speed. Should be an interesting experience

Wow! Have fun, though I'm not sure I'd fancy 20 miles off-road with a single gear

I had an unexpected ride this afternnon - into town on my own to pick up a prescription for the Mister. It was lovely to get out on my own. And we took the bus to town this morning so I'm feeling quite virtuous.

Yay! It was so much fun! We had to cut the mntn bike ride a little short when my friend got a flat and neither one of us brought a spare (doh!!!). Fortunately we weren't far from the trail head.

    I love biking.
