Day 2 of low-fiber eating (in preparation for my colonoscopy on Monday):

B: Puffed wheat cereal, protein powder, almond milk, cinnamon, coffee w/half-n-half
L: half turkey/cheese sandwich on homemade white bread, small cup applesauce, water
Snack: vanilla yogurt
Snack before bike ride: glass of pulp-free OJ, 4 pirouette cookies
15.5 mile bike ride
Dinner: 1/2 chicken breast with feta and lemon, canned green beans and peeled potatoes, glass of white wine
Dessert: 2 small squares chocolate, 1 scoop ice cream
