half a whole wheat bagel
I've been hungry at night... feeling flabby



. It was painful to eat the low fiber diet before, though.

I still have to purchase all the official "prep" stuff as I start that Saturday night w/a couple spoonfuls of Milk of Magnesia, then do the liquid diet/prep on Sunday.
