Not "my" bike but the Trek I rented last week in Maui. I thought you'd like the jersey and the scenery. Then, my commuter bike on a small Gulf Island tour, loaded with carrots. The Sport, 54 cm. Just rode it out of the shop today. We needed to fiddle with the reach for a while, the new Ultegra shifters feel longer than we thought. It was also a bit of a pain to find brakes that work. But here it is! And it's sweet. I went out for a 35 km ride rolling out of the shop and I'm very pleased.

Awesome! It sounds like you were able to go with a stock size? I had originally intended on going with a Sport until it became apparent that my desires and fitting needs caused us to base it on the Crosshair instead.
