Welcome. I am quite new here and consider myself new to cycling. Rode regularly, out of necessity, ages 10-24 then bought a car. So now in my 40's back at it. It's a great way to get fresh air and see sights. College can be quite stressful, and biking is a good stress reliever also. You definitely need to eat enough to fuel your body. My story is different in that I have lost 116 lbs. And have to stay mindful to keep it off.
    Anyway welcome.

Cycling is a fantastic stress buster, I swear it's the only thing that keeps me sane

And yes, a very brave post, so good for you! Hopefully this very friendly forum will add to the buzz of being on a bike

    Hello and welcome!

Good luck with your cycling, hopefully the better weather will allow you to ride a bit more and find some balance.
