    yesterday:
    omelette with salsa and cheese, 2 pieces turkey bacon, strawberries, coffee
    at class I had more coffee, plate of melon
    went out to lunch at an Indian restaurant. I couldn't say no to going out with friends... I had a little bit of 3 of the vegetarian dishes at the buffet and one chicken leg. No rice and two little pieces of naan.

    before ride, late PM, a slice of whole wheat bread and margerine

    striped bass with seafood rub, sweet potato, salad with goat cheese, walnuts, cranberries, 2 pieces dark chocolate. 1.5 glasses of rose wine.

    bowl of borscht, piece of whole grain bread with cheddar cheese slice
    hamburger patty, sauteed zucchini with sprinkleof parmesan cheese, oven baked french fries

    whole wheat bagel w/low fat cream cheese, lox, tomato, capers, an orange, coffee
    chicken sand. w/provolone, on whole wheat small slice bread, honey mustard, blueberries
    21 mile hard ride. Luna bar after, 1.5 bottles, one with Nuun.
    whole grain thin spaghetti, with fresh herbs (spinach, dill, parsley, chives) in a sauce of skim ricotta, olive oil, water, salt, pepper. Salad with grape tomatoes, glass of rose, 2 squares of dark chocolate.

    1 piece of raisin toast, bowl of cheerios 1% milk, coffee
    1 piece of whole grain bread with slice of cheddar cheese
    1 bowl of borscht
    1 cadbury creme filled egg
    beef enchiladas (2) rice and black beans, 1 beer
    frozen drumstrick ice cream treat

    one cup of plain non fat Greek yogurt with a handful of blueberries, walnuts, cranberries, coffee
    string cheese
    salad with chicken, apple slices, cranberries, blue cheese, dried apricot, an apple, water
    slice of whole wheat with soy nut butter

    pork and tofu stir fry, with leeks, garlic, in a hoisin/chicken broth/red pepper sauce over soba.

    S: 1 banana
    L: salami and swiss sandwich on wheat,lettuce, tomato,pickle on side
    Snack 2 handfuls of fresh, fresh pecans
    D: 1 enchilada rice and beans, 1 beer
    Dessert - 1 cadbury caramel filled egg
