    allooooooo

    Good Monday greetings

The few days I took off my bike came back to haunt me yesterday in the first few km's of dirt... I didn't come off but it took me quite a while to warm up. Being awake whilst mtn biking is just a weeeeee bit important

I feel your pain as well. Good thing I kept it limited to 6 miles! Gotta work up slowly.

Ooh, i know what that feels like. I got on my road bike (I think it was the first time in two years) last Wednesday and took a 2 hour ride! Wow, I did not know how hard my butt must have been! Not anymore!

a few years ago when i rode 2500 miles in one year, I swear I could play phonograph records on my sitbones! lol!

Now I'm just a softee, but still way better than before i started biking at all. I'm going for a happy medium now at age 57.

PAX! I didn't see you there! How did I miss that?! How're you?! Sorry we haven't been on TWF much, either... you know how life is...

Trying to find a shop locally that has either pentosin chf7.1 or finishline mineral oil... my hydraulics have a leak and need bled and the fact that Shimano charges 'bout the same whether you're buying 50mL or a quart doesn't sit right with me.

ha! but he does manage to look pretty good on those rails to trails trails... the windswept hair, the sweat, apart from the fact he's obviously color blind, he's doing pretty well.

My sit bones are feeling ok - it was more the girly bits. I had a bike fit last week and think I may have to do a little tweaking. I don't want to go back until I'm sure it's not just be being wussy...
