    2 egg omelette with lox and creme cheese thrown in, grapefruit half, coffee
    string cheese
    Trader Joe's cranberry-pecan chicken salad on romaine, an apple
    slice of whole wheat bread with soy nut butter
    the most delicious recipe of chicken thighs in a tomato-red wine sauce over Texmati rice, glass of red wine (from this month's Food and Wine... DH slaved over this one)

    salmon bento box lunch special
    2 homemade wine biscuits
    smoked mozzarella, tomato and arugula sandwich and tortilla chips
    a banana, 1/2 an orange, 1/2 a pear

    I feel like I'm forgetting something, because it looks like a small food day for me. Then again, I didn't ride, so maybe I was just less hungry.

    L: Ultrameal Shake w/ banana and PB, Roasted Veggies
    AS: Greek yogurt, granola
    D: Roasted Veggies part deux w/ goat cheese
    ES: Tea and dark chocolate

    1 piece whole grain toast, bowl cereal 1% milk, coffee
    3 fig newtons
    2 hour road ride (haven't been on that bike for 2 years!)
    1 piece whole grain bread slice of cheddar cheese
    1 piece Boboli pizza with mushrooms onions and pepperoni, salad with vinagrette
    low fat chocolate pudding cup
