2 eggs and toast
small bowl of oatmeal with a lot of blueberries (after ride)
veggie fried rice, made from the leftover stir fry of the day before. Much better this way!
blueberry yogurt, a pear and Spanish almonds
PB and banana sandwich on multigrain bread.

an apple, an orange, and some chocolate chips
a whole wheat English muffin with butter
