    Shoulder is stable enough to start doing some good strength training. Yay!
    Need to focus on more cardio, but building back some upper body strength will definitely help my comfort on the bike.

    I was 138 this morning - getting back on track and trying not to stress eat - in the last couple of weeks I had to tell my Mom she can't drive any more and also my sister is back in the hospital because her cancer is growing even with the chemo. I am still stressed out but trying not to eat everything in sight because it really does not help me feel better (except maybe the chocolate covered pomegranates

    I think I'm holding onto water right now. The tops of my VFFs have felt tight the past couple of days. Whatever, silly body. Whatever.

    Three weeks into this new strength training program and my body has finally settled down and started losing again. Phew! I'm feeling stronger, too. Gotta love that!

    133.4 - heading the right direction now! I suspect water retention has been the problem, especially since the weather is still keeping me from riding consistently.

    gained a little this week. TOM and I ate two whole boxes of Girl Scout cookies (darn you, thin mints).
