an egg with a piece of bread
2 soy dogs on whole wheat rolls, potato salad
1/2 a sweet potato (pre ride, excellent for that!)
mashed potatoes, the other half of the sweet potato, broccoli and green beans
blueberry Greek yogurt
Marcona almonds
an orange, and a pear
