L: Salad greens with a roasted skinless chicken breast (onion, chopped sweet peppers, walnuts), and skim milk

1 hour bike ride

Post-ride snack: 1/2 Hammer almond/raisin bar, cup of skim milk

D: Trader Joe's chicken sausage (1 link), with a LOT of steamed broccoli, 1 piece sprouted grain bread, 1 beer (yummy Bad Elmer's Porter from Upland)
