I was able to ride Friday, Saturday and Sunday in absolutely perfect Florida weather. Light breezes, warm temps and beautiful sunshine. The best thing is it appears the meds, stretches and massage therapy are helping to tame my sacroilliac problem. I felt the strongest I have in months and managed 133 miles for the weekend.
