I am thankful I got my long run in yesterday as it was sunny and gorgeous (although chilly) and today it is SNOWING! Yuck.
Got in 11 miles. Managed to keep a nice steady pace. My lower back, right-hip area started to get really stiff around mile 8-9. I did a lot of stretching, icing, and more stretching and icing to try and get things healed up.
