Friday:
cheese crisp on whole wheat tortilla, w/avocado, an orange, coffee
nuts and cranberries after a run
small salad, half a mozzarella/tomato sandwich on really good bread, fresh fruit, coffee (I was at a meeting)
a couple of pieces of cheese
dinner at a tapas bar... too much bread, delicious vegetable soup, salmon albondigas (3) in a sauce that was way too rich, 2 fried cheese balls in honey, flan, 2 glasses of sparkling sangria
Saturday:
I didn't feel so good!
plain non fat Greek yogurt with blueberries and coffee
half a chicken sandwich on whole wheat and a cup of sweet potato soup
black eyed pea veggie burger, with mango/corn salsa, avocado slices, 2 pieces dark choolate
