18 miles on Saturday my longest run to date, fighting a little bit of a cold so tried to take it easy. Speed intervals today, 5 miles tomorrow then 1/2 marathon on Sunday. The following Saturday is 20 miles then we start to taper for the marathon - less than 5 weeks to go.

As for me, I ran on Wednesday, but I felt really blah. I'd already worked out once at lunch--my usual weekly toning class. I had an okay lunch, but I could have benefited from a late afternoon snack. Lesson learned.
Live with intention. Walk to the edge. Listen hard. Practice wellness. Play with abandon. Laugh. Choose with no regret. Continue to learn. Appreciate your friends. Do what you love. Live as if this is all there is.
