    B: (at a restaurant) Spanish omelette with a small side of fruit and way too much coffee
    L: salad with lettuce, chicken breats, low salt ham, goat cheese, tomato, wine vinegar and olive oil, cup of sweet potato soup
    S: nuts and dried cranberries
    D: portabello burger at Phlat Patties, with a side of cole slaw

    Yesterday: B: two pancakes - cocos with bananas, pecans and syrup Yum!, coffee
    L: Nada
    Snack: a few potato chips, crackers with mozzarella cheese, slice pepperoni, fresh basil (5)
    D: Grilled Salmon, roasted potatoes, nice spinach salad
    Dessert: nonfat pudding chocolate

    Now, I'm going to get into trouble - off to Laughlin for 4 days!

    today:

    bowl of cereal with milk
    slice of multigrain bread with PB
    tomato soup and a grilled cheese sandwich
    banana bread
    broccoli rabe on ciabatta roll, and some tortilla chips
    a blueberry Greek yogurt and half a papaya
    Later I'll be having an orange and a kiwi, and probably some nuts.

    B: cheese crisp on whole wheat tortilla, low fat cheddar, salsa, a little avocado, orange, coffee
    L: can of tuna in olive oil with red peppers, goat cheese, an apple
    S: Luna Bar before ride, nuts and dried cranberries after the ride
    D: cup of tomato soup with 2 little crostini, grilled chicken Cob salad and glass of red wine (restaurant... I managed to avoid the pasta and bigger dinners)
    2 squares of dark chocolate

    1st Day in Laughlin and on the road - made it pretty well

    B: Peanut Butter/toast coffee
    L: Bowl of chili
    D: Chicken breast with spinach
    1 beer

    2nd Day in Laughlin
    two eggs, toast hashbrowns, coffee
    two shredded beef tacos,coke
    Dinner at buffet, too much of everything and the worst part it was not good food! chicken salad, crab, rice/beef broccoli, carrot cake

    3rd Day in Laughlin (decided to come home early)
    B; jelly filled donut
    L: 1/2 beef burrito
    D: enchilada casserole, corn tortillas, beans, ground turkey meat, beans, corn
    Dessert non fat pudding

    Friday:
    cheese crisp on whole wheat tortilla, w/avocado, an orange, coffee
    nuts and cranberries after a run
    small salad, half a mozzarella/tomato sandwich on really good bread, fresh fruit, coffee (I was at a meeting)
    a couple of pieces of cheese
    dinner at a tapas bar... too much bread, delicious vegetable soup, salmon albondigas (3) in a sauce that was way too rich, 2 fried cheese balls in honey, flan, 2 glasses of sparkling sangria

    Saturday:
    I didn't feel so good!
    plain non fat Greek yogurt with blueberries and coffee
    half a chicken sandwich on whole wheat and a cup of sweet potato soup
    black eyed pea veggie burger, with mango/corn salsa, avocado slices, 2 pieces dark choolate
