L: Half turkey sandwich w/canola mayo and lettuce on homemade whole-wheat, water, organic tangerine (really good!!!)
S: homemade carrot, celery, spinach, apple juice; handful of almonds & peanuts
D: Spaghetti pie made with ground turkey, ww noodles, salad, 1 glass red wine

Not a bad day at all!
