Everything wrong for last 2 days:

Lunch & Supper combined together yesterday:

3 pizza slices
2/3 can of pop
It was at work, for a a big relocation of a dept. that was moving to our floor

at home I had orange, 2 c. of tea and small clutch of soba noodles

Today
scone and coffee
donut and brownie (biz meeting), coffee
All bad. Then for supper:
home stir fry noodles with broccoli, pepper and onions

I have to discipline myself.
