    today:
    B: 2 scrambled eggs with lox, an orange one cup of coffee
    L: Greek yogurt (non fat) with blueberries, cranberries, walnuts
    S: trail mix (more nuts and cranberries)
    S: half a whole wheat bagel and soy nut butter
    D: 2 very thin pork tenderloins with an apple type sauce (DH made this), salad, cous cous, 2 squares dark chocolate

    I'm still kind of hungry. I had a crisis on my way out the door at work and then I had to give a presentation in class, so I didn't eat all of my lunch (the half a bagel was part of my lunch). I was almost late and had to eat my snack in class, instead of before.

    Today:

    B: Steel cut oats with skim milk, coffee, and two scrambled egg whites
    S: low-fat cheese stick + tiny apple
    L: more roasted-chicken walnut salad
    S:apple
    D: Tempeh stuffed peppers - with the peppers diced and cooked in a non-stuffed pepper casserole

    Everything wrong for last 2 days:

    Lunch & Supper combined together yesterday:

    3 pizza slices
    2/3 can of pop
    It was at work, for a a big relocation of a dept. that was moving to our floor

    at home I had orange, 2 c. of tea and small clutch of soba noodles

    Today
    scone and coffee
    donut and brownie (biz meeting), coffee
    All bad. Then for supper:
    home stir fry noodles with broccoli, pepper and onions

    I have to discipline myself.

    S: Stonyfield light yogurt
    <gym workout>
    L: Half turkey sandwich w/canola mayo and lettuce on homemade whole-wheat, water, organic tangerine (really good!!!)
    S: homemade carrot, celery, spinach, apple juice; handful of almonds & peanuts
    D: Spaghetti pie made with ground turkey, ww noodles, salad, 1 glass red wine

    Not a bad day at all!

    L: 6 inch sub from subway - buffalo chicken, provolone cheese
    handful of almonds
    D: vege stir fry with bok choy, onions, mushrooms, broccoli, zucchini, red bellpepper and white rice, bottle of beer
