S: Strawberries
L: Bowl of leftover brown rice with a sprinkling of parmesan and lots of nice fresh homemade salsa, 1 cookie
Snack: 1 brownie
Dinner: Portobello mushroom stuffed with 1% ricotta, spinach, parmesan baked with homemade marinara sauce, pasta
