I really thought I had posted to here the other day. Anyways- I am a 36 A/b and I can't wear racerback style sports bras, so I have found a few that work for me that would meet most of your requirements.
I have a Moving Comfort Venus (now called Vero) -

I got a Large- according to their sizing it was 36 A/b- 38A. The band was tight, once I added an extender it's perfect. It's designed to be high impact, but I don't find it overly restricting and it has a little padding for shape which is nice. It wicks well even in the high humidity of August in Ohio. They also have a CD version if you think the A/B might be too small. I find the cup size to work well for me, and I think it would be ok even with a full 36B. I have worn it cycling and playing ultimate frisbee.
I also have this Nike one:
It's a little odd in that the straps adjust at the front, but sometimes that is more convenient. It is definitely thinner coverage than the Vero, though it is still double layer I think it might have nipple coverage problems. I got a Large B/C probably because I was worried about the band, and the cup size is a little big for me, so it might be OK for you.

And I also saw this one on the nike store that looks promising (though I hate the Nike website!)

Not sure why it's only $25, so might be worth some investigating if it's a good deal or not.
