Marcona almonds
1/2 an apple with PB
coconut curry lentil, split pea, and veggie soup, with brown rice (2 bowls)
a scoop of raspberry sorbet
some dark chocolate chips
strawberries

a glass of black cherry juice. 2 cups of coffee with milk. 2 cups of green tea. lots of water.
