Hey MissLiz - re; snot rockets or 'firing on all cylinder'... , not quite sure why I should be proud of this but since I've been cycling I've really learnt how to spit!

To start with it used to go all over the place but now, when I'm zipping along I can pretty much get it to go where I want - ie not on me or any of my riding buddies!

Snot rockets still need some work though - just wiping at the moment!
