S: 1 stick string cheese, dipped in hummus
D:chipolte chili salmon tacos (2) on corn tortillas with apple/pepper/onion salsa, shredded cabbage and a quarter of an avocado.

Not exactly a snack... went to a tasting at the Concord Museum ate 3 small pastries, chocolate, lemon, and vanilla paired with tea. More dessert than I usually have in a month
D: at friend's house. 2 glasses of wine, salad, a slice of homemade challah, Chilean Sea Bass on top of risotto with beets, drizzled with a cream sauce, 2 small scoops of frozen yogurt, topped with Lake Champlain chocolate sauce
I guess I have to ride more than 15 miles this afternoon.
