I am back to my lower back extensions every 2 hours for a bit just in case I cut back too soon but I think it is likely related to the hip exercises I was doing just before spinning. This has happened before, I just forgot - it has been awhile since I did this. It does happen every time I do those exercises before spinning.

I HAVE noticed stiffness in the arthritic hip after spinning recently- but not after riding my bike - even after a 2 hour windy ride. Of course the body is doing a lot more on the actual bike... and it is getting close to the time to give up spinning for the season
