The first picture is to show you my beautiful BeBe Trek pilot 5.2 who has over 16,000 miles on her and still rides like a dream in spite of the fact that I started riding seriously when I was a lot heavier

I've included a photo taken in July 2011 to record my five year 125 pound weight loss- mostly thanks to bike riding and the support of my family and my various former Marine trainers and other trainers at the gym.

The third photo is me taking our former dog Ms. Sadie for a run around the block after completing a training ride. Wasn't she beautiful? I still miss her.

Lisa, that first photo of you is particularly striking. Of course you and your bike are both gorgeous, but there is a talented photographer behind the camera as well! Very impressive!
