Thanks Blueberry. I have PT tomorrow, I'll run it mine too. I don't have any knee issues, I mainly want it to tone my arms, abs, legs and butt - I guess everything. The one I used at PT was a large one and just rolled back and forth to work my ankle.

Sounds like you should be fine then - I'm 5'4" and I had this discussion last week with my PT. She says where joint alignment matters, I need a 65. Otherwise, for stuff where I'm on my belly lifting arms or whatever, I can use a 75 (which I like). Hope your PT can clarify!
