1 hour 20 minute bike ride - had to stop in the middle for shot bloc - lunch wasn't enough fuel! Glad I actually had it with me, I didn't think it would be needed...

S: after bike ride - cup skim milk and 1 piece of sprouted wheat toast with a bit of PB
