Just completed a 16 mile ride - and it was glorious! Didn't put on the HRM because I am still kind of checking things out and seeing how my body feels back on the bike. It felt much better today than last weekend - the knee is settling downTomorrow I will put on the HRM and venture forth out of the park onto a gentle route that I have that doesn't have too many hills - it would be nice to get 20 miles tomorrow but will listen to my body. Winter is said to return Sunday/Monday so this might be my last chance for awhile.
