2 eggs, 2 pieces whole wheat toast
3 pieces of licorice while riding (I don't usually eat on the bike)
small bowl of multi-grain cereal
pasta with lentils (I'm going to be eating this for a while!)
blueberry yogurt with pecans
baked sweet potato, broccoli rabe sauteed with garlic and olive oil, and a couple of pieces of baguette
an orange and 2 apples
another small bowl of cereal
