I'm at 150 today. Not much of a change on the scale, but my jeans are noticeably fitting better

Still flirtin' with 225. I don't know if I can make 220 by the end of February or not, but I'd be really happy with <225.

UGH - up this week to 153.1!

I shouldn't complain - I had a very, very rich birthday cake last Thursday (or a huge piece of one) and then a MASSIVE dinner on Saturday. This set me up for a week of crazy hunger, so I ate way more than I usually do and I skipped some runs this week. All in all, the scale is behaving as one would expect....EXCEPT that my pants and bras are all bigger and I am definitely looking leaner this week. It must be a 'shifting' week where things are moving around in there. Even my husband commented on it last night (me looking leaner)...so I really expected a better number.

Oh well - onward and downward...maybe this means that I'm due for a big drop next week?
