I was VERY bad for dinner yesterday. I had hoped that getting something relatively healthy from Jimmy John's before the "Ladies Night" at the LBS would help me to resist the goodies I knew would be there. While I didn't succumb as badly as I could have, I was still pretty bad. Scales were up 3 pounds this morning - probably from the sodium
No use kicking myself over something that happened yesterday, today is another day:
B: Bran cereal with 1 cup low-fat Kefir and a small amount of walnuts. Am craving nuts for some reason
S: forgot
L: 3/4 cup left-over Tempeh stuffed pepper, 1 mozz stick (low-fat)
S: Cliff bar
Planning either a bike ride or spinning class, it depends on the wind. Probably spinning because of the high wind but time will tell.
Dinner: Planning to finish my remaining Tempeh stuffed pepper/mixture, green salad with tomatoes and onion, and will probably steam some frozen veggies to go along with it.
Back to my usual and better habits tomorrow.
