yesterday:

oatmeal with blueberries and pecans
cheddar cheese on multi-grain bread
cheese tamale with brown rice, broccoli, corn, and tomatillo salsa
yogurt with pecans (I'm addicted to pecans these days)
pasta with lentils and tomatoes, 2 bowls
fruit-2 apples, 2 oranges

That seems like a pretty small amount for me. Maybe I'm forgetting something, but I think that's it.
