    sorry to hear...that really stinks. Maybe you can get your hands on a trainer so you can ride without having to balance the bike. I did this when I fractured my shoulder years ago.

    That sounds like a really bad break. I hope you're not in pain. For exercise, how about walking or running?

    I'm really sorry that you are suffering but I had to chuckle at the title. I guess you can't guarantee being safe even if you stay off the streets!

    Actually, they do say that most accidents happen at home, right?! Rollers = challenging; I never dared to try them when my DH had some.

    So sorry for your mishap, PinkBike. It sounds painful and annoying. Hope you heal up quickly!

    I've considered rollers from time to time but the idea of crashing makes me hesitate.
