Breakfast today was steel cut oats in which I added frozen cherries and a few other berries. Not as good as I thought, but as I made enough for the next few days...added skim milk

L: Roasted skinless chicken breast sandwich with TJ sprouted wheat bread and a piece of white cheddar cheese
S: Cliff bar
18 mile bike ride
D: Making a wonderful stuffed pepper dish - but chopped the peppers instead of stuffing them. Tempeh, corn, black beans, onion, garlic, green chilies, marinara sauce, assorted spices, chopped sweet roasting peppers. Also goes well with shredded chicken![]()
Snack later - probably either an apple or orange.
