I'm skipping weigh-in again this week. After a couple weeks of trying to lose weight and reducing my calories, I started suffering from anxiety, stress, and binging!!! That's not what I wanted at all. The goal is to be fit and healthy, not skinny and crazy! So, I've changed strategies again, increased my calorie intake. I'll check-in with the scale after a few more days.
So far, I feel much better. No binging. Eating more nutritionally dense foods. Better rest. More energy for workouts. Pants seem to be fitting better.![]()
