I actually even tried calling him out by age because that was saved. Doesn't look like they did any road rides, so all I could post was "rides x trail". Yeah, I tried many methods to find the owner. I am beginning to think they may not have been local, new to town or not into racing, the mountain bike clubs and must fix their own bike. I tried several of the local shops, especially the mountain bike ones.

Well, glad it's got a good new home. That is kinda crazy about Garmin not having the info. Some of my rides are on line with Garmin's website tied with my info, and serial number of my unit. Plus, you register your unit by serial number. Just weird. Guess new owner make sure you get all that changed. You might pick up some friends you didn't bargain for lol.

You can using mygarmin.com without registering product, I just realized mine isn't registered when poking on the site. It pulls the SN when I plug it in but it doesn't seem to tie them unless you do that. I assume that is why the Garmin person I spoke to couldn't find it?
