I'm afraid to put this up

    I'll do yesterday:

B: 2 eggs fried 1 tsp EVOO, 3 strips of turkey bacon, 1 piece of whole wheat toast with brummel and brown, coffee with sugar free hazelnut creamer

L: Costco dawg! Loads of kraut, sorry its the German in me, I can't help it. with a diet coke; I'm a sucker for a $1.50 lunch!

snack?: piece of lasagna, slice of pumpkin bread

after workout snack: cup of homemade yogurt with strawberry preserves in it

D: 2 small chicken breasts pan cooked with a little EVOO and a cup of cottage cheese

I must add I also did 90 minutes of spinning and I am doing a lot of strength training right now so I am intentionally adding more protein; I am aiming for a net of about 1500 calories on days I'm not working out and 1700 on days I do. That will go up when the weather gets better and I can do LONG rides. I'm training for a brevet but I'm also trying to lose weight at the same time, not a easy thing I'm discovering.

B: Steel-cut oats with cinnamon and maple syrup. Cup of tea with milk and sugar.

At least I don't leave slime trails.

L: A few bits of leftover chicken from last night's dinner. There's still enough for a lunch-sized burrito tomorrow!
S: a small frappucino, with whipped cream. Mmm. An oatmeal cookie too!
D: Pizza! Pepperoni and cheese. I wanted to make a salad to go with it, but what we had in the fridge was sort of interesting and I forgot to pick some up when we went shopping...I'll have a load of broccoli tomorrow, I guess.
S: I think an apple, or a glass of milk. I'm thirsty! (Freaking pepperoni...)

B: Steel-cut oats with a little skim milk, a little PB and apple chopped into the oats, a cup of skim milk and coffee

    S: no-fat chocolate yogurt

L: shredded chicken breast with a vegetable salsa and baked lentil chips

    S: cliff bar

D: 1 cup cottage cheese, apple, 1 piece of sprouted wheat bread with a little PB, 1 cup of Kefir (was ravenous after working out for 2.5 hours that included strength training & a hard spinning class -- it was much too late to actually COOK anything and would have eaten anything that wouldn't eat me first...)

Red - that cheese and avocado sandwich sounds quite yummy!
