B: Steel-cut oats with a little skim milk, a little PB and apple chopped into the oats, a cup of skim milk and coffee

S: no-fat chocolate yogurt

L: shredded chicken breast with a vegetable salsa and baked lentil chips

S: cliff bar

D: 1 cup cottage cheese, apple, 1 piece of sprouted wheat bread with a little PB, 1 cup of Kefir (was ravenous after working out for 2.5 hours that included strength training & a hard spinning class -- it was much too late to actually COOK anything and would have eaten anything that wouldn't eat me first...)

Red - that cheese and avocado sandwich sounds quite yummy!
